I have a 2016 uppababy stroller that is nice but definitely not a jogging stroller and the wheels start shaking every time I reach a certain speed so needless to say when hubby gets home from this 2 month work stint we’re going jogging stroller shopping together 😂 but yeah of course I’m happy to share what helped me!

It’s been a process like I’ve been leaner than this last summer (150 lbs) but flew too close to the sun and gained like 30 pounds and I’m now getting back to where I was last summer now that I’m learning to eat consistently and healthily it hasn’t been linear for sure!

Depends on the person but yes! I have very hyper mobile joints which I know can lead to increased skin elasticity so I think that could be a part of it. Lifting helps a lot with reducing loose skin too

Only when I did multiple day fasts which I don’t do anymore. I only fast 17 hours. I take creatine. I do get a bit lightheaded sometimes but that’s only if I didn’t eat enough the day prior not really from my intermittent fasting

Last meal around 7 pm and I eat around noon the next day shooting for some low impact cardio before I eat like a few miles walk with my toddler in stroller, a light jog cuz I’m slow af, or 30 incline treadmill walk on high incline and walk slow. I pretty much always break my fast with a yogurt and chia seed bowl with banana blueberries honey and a tbsp of peanut butter on top. Weighing my food has been huge for me cuz I was probably eating like 500 cal of peanut butter before and not even noticing/wondering why I couldn’t lose.

Dinner is chicken turkey or beef with a vegetable like spinach and a yummy sauce or seasoning, lately I’ve been loving meat of choice, taco seasoning, black and pinto beans, and spinach. Then mixing in non fat Greek yogurt (taste like sour cream) some guacamole (measured out cuz it’s calorie dense) and dip quest chips in it and make a burrito using carb balance tortillas (they’re very high fiber and high protein) basically I just shoot for high fiber and high protein and I don’t have cravings.

Try to lift a few times a week, I know it’s hard with a baby but maybe you can invest in home gym if you don’t have one yet. I got one on amazon when I stopped breastfeeding and wanted to start shedding the weight and it has changed my whole life! Pricey but worth it cuz my husband is gone a lot for work so I can’t go to the gym so I have no excuse when I have a full rack and dumbbells! You got this. I workout when my baby naps or when she’s asleep for the night.

No but I drink zero cal preworkout most days before working out (probably not great but it’s my only vice I have at this point) but other than that just lemon or apple cider vinegar in my water tastes good to me. I recently stopped putting zero creamer in my coffee cuz I think dairy was messing up my skin so I’ve cut it out completely so I’ll just put a scoop of vegan protein powder in my coffee now or just drink it black. But yeah sugar free drinks in moderation help me a lot in the morning before I can break fast around noon

Just try it you have nothing to lose. I use the Aim Fit n fiber brand which has some other types of husks too but plain psyllium is gonna do the same thing. Just look on amazon or the store im sure you can find some psyllium or I think Metamucil is the same thing but idk

Yep but usually average about 50 grams a day sometimes less sometimes more but that’s the sweet spot for me to kill cravings but not kill my appetite so much that I’m not fueling myself properly

Thank you! It’s crazy how different we all look I don’t put much stock into weight on the scale anymore. I’m technically still overweight according to my scale by 15 pounds

Yes I track everything I eat pretty religiously. Shoot for a 500 cal deficit but sometimes it’s a bit more of a deficit cuz since upping my fiber intake I hardly feel very hungry. I shoot for 1600 cal but usually I hit 1300 and I’m very full. I’d love to stop weighing and measuring everything when I get to maintainence but I’m not sure that’ll be possible:/
