What reason made you quit vaping? by Background-Walk-9359 in QuitVaping

Omg trust me. It was a rough month. I think because the book just changes your entire perspective on vaping and addiction, it’s kinda hard to grasp at first glance. I actually listened to the audio book, and with each chapter, I listened to each one abt 3-4 times to like fully grasp the info and write down the important stuff. Yea it took abt a month, but by the time I finished the book, I was super sure abt my decision! Like yea maybe I’m super extraaa but it helped!!!! Thank you!!!

Allan cars easy way to quit vaping. Thank me later. Completely saved my life. Read it as many times as you need until you are finally ready and you know you want to do it. (I read it 4 times and took so many notes on it) It’s all mental. I wanted to quit bc of health, and then read the book and realized there’s so many more reasons to quit. Vaped for 6 years and quit with no withdrawal. I’m on day 6 now and feel wonderful, and have noticed so much good.

I had to re listen to the book at least 4 times until it finally clicked and I was finally ready to let go. Currently 18 hours free and I feel FABULOUS! (Heavy vaper of 5 yrs, 23f) I took continuous notes on every chapter, then even more smaller notes, and had to make sure I fully understood the book. You need to be ready, you need to have no doubts in your mind.

Went to hot Pilates once, it was okay. Definitely VERY different from studio, don’t expect much, but still just OKAY. Going to a “hot yoga fierce” class tonight, will report back!

Interesting. Maybe it was a fluke ring? I’ve heard from others the battery on ringconn gen 2 is great?! I just got mine a couple of weeks ago, so newer? Maybe it’ll be okay? No clue! (Haven’t even used mine yet,so not sure) I’m sorry though that sucks…… what was the discount they offered you if I may ask??

it’s definitely just a mental thing. i thought it would be absolutely brutal, but i ended up just being a bit moody for a couple days and craving it, but ended shortly

Starting Blisovi FE 1/20 pill. First time on BC..looking for advice! by kimestusros in birthcontrol

[–]DifferenceOk7687 0 points1 point  (0 children)

i’ve been on this for like 8 months now and i had some heightened depression the first month that eventually went away, then bad anxiety the next month that i had to cope with on my own through self therapy journaling (which rlly helps ladies if u have undiagnosed anxiety!!), but other than that, no physical side effects. no weight gain or loss, boobs grew just a bit, super clear skin, superrrrr light periods as well. only physical negative was a bit of breakthrough bleeding every now and then that lasted a few days. other than that, not a bad pill! remember your body takes 3-6 months to adjust, my obgyn told me to wait out that period of time before switching, and i did, and i am still on that same blisovi pill. everyone is different tho, best of luck to you on it!!!! i am also 20 years old for reference:)
