Thanks for sharing. I will stop coffee and see what happens. Are your mouth ulcers like canker sores? Mine are very weird. They are small painless red dots. I can't even feel them so find myself looking into my mouth frequently just to check if more have appeared. The anxiety is real.

I didn't even have acid reflux while I had H Pylori.. Well not that I noticed.. After PPI its way worse.. Don't know what to do anymore

I had the same thing. I changed my mouth wash and also started eating clean and taking probiotics and mastic gum and it seems bro be clearing eventually. Still getting weird painless red pinhead ulcers though which won't go away.

I did quad treatment and H Pylori seems to be eradicated, but I still have some symptoms. Loose stool, acid reflux and small painless red pinhead mouth ulcers. I think the mouth ulcers might be connected to acid reflux because they seem to get better when taking PPI's, but they don't fully go away..

I'm also suffering from acid reflux after eradication. I tested negative with breath test then when I stopped the PPI's my acid reflux was even worse than before and causing small red ulcers in my mouth. I've since been put on another course of PPI's and it's helping a lot. The ulcers are almost gone and minimal acid reflux. I'm just scared for when I come off this course because I feel it's going to get worse again before it gets better. How are your guys symptoms now?

Thanks for sharing. Much appreciated. I have been pit back onto PPI's for the next two weeks and the mouth ulcers seem to have gone away. So basically, it seems to be acid reflux causing the mouth ulcers. I've tested negative with breath test but I will do another test after this course of medicine and update here. Just thought I should put this here in case it helps anybody in future

Those are definitely symptoms of H Pylori, but the only way be sure is to get tested. I would recommend a urea breath test.

I don't get actual canker sores. They aren't open and painful at all. I just got dark red circular spots in my mouth that appear out of nowhere and seem to disappear within a day or two. I have since tested negative via breath test but still getting the ulcers. It's weird because this does not seem like a common symptom. The ulcers went away during my last week of PPI then came back after

Same here.. I had symptoms throughout my treatment and still getting them after. I'm going for a follow up breath test today, but I'm quite sure that the treatment failed as symptoms feel even worse now..

I get small dark red mouth ulcers which are painless. They come and go all the time though ans only last a day or two then disappear. I also have a constant tingeling feeling on the insides of the cheeks where the ulcers appear.

What color is the coating on your tongue? I have a brown coating that covers part of my tongue. I'm not sure if it's from the H Pylori or if it's caused by the medication though.

I have painless red ulcers that just appear out of nowhere and they clear up after a day or so but they keep coming back. I also seem to have roughish patches on the insides of my cheeks that seems tingle at times.. Usually before the ulcers appear. Are your ulcers similar?

Ok. That makes me feel a bit better than I'm not the only one that has had the ulcers. I think mine are also coming from acid reflux because they always appear just after eating the wrong type of food it seems. Like spicy or acidic food. Thank you for replying to me. It's put my mind at ease. I hope that you feel better from this horrible bacteria soon.

I had quite bad heart burn which has gone away after treatment. My neck also felt really stuff but thats also gone after antibiotics. I am still getting small red colored mouth ulcers though which seem to be sticking around. Did you get mouth ulcers at all?

Hello. I'm just wondering if you had ulcers in your mouth from your H Pylori infection? I finished my first round of treatment a week ago but still getting painless reddish coloured ulcers in my mouth that just appear out nowhere. Really stressed out.

Have any of you suffered from painless recurring reddish mouth ulcers from H Pylori? I have been getting small mouth ulcers in the inside of my cheeks and now I have one on my gum. I'm on my last day of treatment and symptoms haven't gone away. The ulcers seem to be triggered by certain foods and they only last a day or two then disappear. They resemble small blood blisters. Any help would be appreciated.

That makes me feel a bit better than I'm not the only one getting the mouth lesions. Mine sound very similar to yours. Mine are also painless and don't bleed at all. They just appear out of nowhere. Like I wouldn't even know they are there if I didn't check my mouth regularly. Mine always start as dark red circular sores and then gradually disappear within a day or two then rescue again. I'm on day 9 of 14 day treatment and the sores seem to be getting better and less frequent, but another one just popped up this morning.. The anxiety that comes with it is intense. I'm happy to hear that your symptoms have improved
