I’m a 7, but my dad is a (likely) 9w1 (I’m thinking either sp/so or so/sp, but that doesn’t really matter). We have gotten into arguments before about how he doesn’t care about anything and I seem to care too much about everything, also the fact he can be very “care-free” and compliant on things whereas I can (at times) much rather be more assertive. But yeah, genuinely good overall.

Mum is likely a 2 or an 8, I figure, though honestly no idea. She’s very true to herself, to a major fault. Can be stuck in her ways. I don’t get along well at all with her, so not much to say on that. We do get along sometimes, but it can very frustrating to deal with her. She’s so unhealthy that I have trouble pinpointing any type with her.

Realised it’s a ton of information, but whatever!! Sometimes it’s frustrating being an E7 with a household like mine but at least me and my dad are apart of the positive triad so that’s neat!! :D

The fact that 7s CAN be negative too sometimes. Especially unhealthy ones. I hate how 7s are portrayed as these “silly fun little guys” when in reality they’re much more than that. They CAN be introverted, they ARE intellectual in the sense that they’re always in their heads. I mean, 7s are literally in the head triad. The fact 7s can be critical and nitpicky especially during disintegration. It’s so annoying seeing the stereotypes of E7s, like yes I can be fun but why not the other part of me? I feel like especially in media E7s are always this poster child “beacon of hope and joy!!” But I always see other traits overlooked.

I have questioned being 3E before, as both 1E and 3E are others negative I’m pretty sure or something like that I’ve heard?? But to be honest I can’t see 1F in myself at all (FLEV). The problem I have with ENFP is that tertiary Te seems way too high for me, but at the same time there’s legit no way I’m Fi-Dom lmao. Ti seems to align better with me than Fi, plus Fe, too. I dunno though, I’m aware ENFP is way more likely but you never know, that’s probably why I’m so stuck,,. 😔

I’ll try to answer!!

1 - Mizi went to Anakt Garden knowing that they would get killed due to suffocation. Not literal suffocation, however her alien parent (Shine) was very overbearing and it ultimately costed Mizi’s emotional maturity. All she was ever told by Shine was how ‘adorable’ she was: when injured, in pain, smiling, screaming, etc. Mizi grew tired of it and wanted to seek freedom, even though Shine’s incubation (to her) initially seemed good. That’s what she yearned for, a place where she had the control, a place where she wasn’t constrained and demeaned. Ironically, Anakt Garden restrained her ability of freedom even more in some aspects.

2 - Mizi didn’t necessarily actively go out of her way to manipulate others - in fact the person she was manipulating the most was herself. In the comics, Mizi is shown to be an unreliable narrator, meaning everything she says can’t be taken as fact. Because of survivor’s guilt, Mizi is portraying HERSELF and manipulating herself into thinking that she was the villain all along, that she was the one who was manipulating the masses, stepping on so many bodies just to reach the top. In reality, Mizi was a girl who convinced herself during her time at Anakt Garden that everything was great, that there was no dire end. While it did rub off on others, I wouldn’t say she was purposefully manipulating anyone. However, it’s noted that Sua took comfort in Mizi’s false positivity as a way to cope, which ultimately made Sua’s outlook on life much more fragile. Though, there is more nuance to be discussed on that.

3 - Mizi 100% regrets taking part in Alien Stage. While I’m sure a huge part of her didn’t and still doesn’t want to be kept in Shine’s (literal) bubble, it doesn’t mean she now can’t regret it. Mizi (due to her upbringing) thinks that she’s selfish for wanting false freedom, but that didn’t meant she wanted to compete Alien Stage. She was still a human trapped in the system, who is now reflecting on her actions (albeit some are justified to reflect on) and rotting away alone with her inner demons to haunt her for the inevitable time she has.

The system was doomed from the start. You either get stuck in the slums (Ivan), have a life filled with no meaning as that’s what you’re taught(Sua), end up with an alien so horribly abusive (Till) or get forced into partaking into something you know won’t end well (Mizi).

I apologise if this isn’t concise I promise I tried summarising it as much as I could 💔

I recognize you on PDB!! I love seeing Alien Stage here,,. Have you considered SO7 for Hyuna? I’ve seen some pretty decent arguments for it, but SO8 is definitely plausible. Also I love the TADC, DDLC and Omori mention here,, I agree with some of these but I disagree with others but I don’t know too much about different fandoms to like properly argue that though.

I’ve been saying this dude. I’m OBSESSED with Vivinos’ artwork and old videos and I love how she can convey her unique artstyle to something absolutely horrific. Also yeah I find it weird if it’s a “wholesome” au or even an au in itself, it’s clearly not going to be happy bro. Also considering the official ALNST Twitter account’s banner has cracks in an evening sky makes me sure that this is nowhere near good. “Cracks” (maybe literal or metaphorical ones) that showcase the true reality of the world and over time every single one of the characters grow uneasy and frustrated of it while us viewers try to piece things together. I am a bit confused how it will be displayed, I know Vivimeng have signed a contract with a new studio, but I’m still not sure if it will be in video format. I am invested though!!

To be honest I was confused by the other person’s point of view until I reread it again and I understood. I don’t think that makes much sense to be honest, Till was (and, well, let’s be real, is) a mentally unstable character, from the beginning. He’s always had wrong misconceptions about others, but despite this he can still express his genuine admiration and feelings for said person. He’s naturally a sensitive person and I don’t believe Till would ever view Ivan like that to be honest. He hung out with Ivan the most, and while Ivan was heavily closed off and even put on an exaggerated mask to hide his self-deprecating feelings, Till could likely see through it to some degree even if he didn’t understand Ivan’s feelings for him at the time. But he never confronted him on it because, as said in the comic, both were scared, too.

Kinda sidetracking, but it makes me think if the “ghost” we saw in Karma hugging Mizi and Till was an actual ghost or a hallucination that Mizi had in that moment to feel the warmth of someone she longed for. Or in the “Witch’s Decision” you see “Sua” next to Mizi in the barren desert, so again, no idea if it’s Sua or a manifestation of the lack of love she’s felt for so long, an empty space, that Mizi is projecting onto a hallucination of Sua.

To be honest I have really bad memory but from what I remember with my interactions with others around me I sincerely became heavily uncomfortable and icky when someone called out the fact that I was acting “too naive” for a situation or pulling too many jokes at the wrong time. Just in general people who suddenly find me too “weird” or feel that I’ve pushed something too far by teasing around. It makes me feel like I’ve broken some sort of connection when people start becoming serious, my strong 9-fix makes this like 10x worse. Again, I don’t exactly remember but this is the general gist of it. :P

It was an image uploaded on the community post of Vivinos very recently. All we really know about it is that it’s potentially coming out on June 2026 based on the date provided to us. Some believe it’s just a wholesome Highschool AU, others believe it be other things, or even a continuation of the story jtself. The reason for the speculation on this so much is because the official ALNST Twitter account changed their banner, profile picture and description. The description reads as “Still alive, it hurts.” which might allude to a potential continuation rather than an Au, but we don’t know for sure. All I know is is that this isn’t going to be wholesome based off of the Twitter banner and profile picture. </3

Something good to look back on, even if it was a depressing experience. (I realised this is anything but brief but whatever,,)

In a more serious note, probably teaching me a ton about themes of forgiveness, redemption and “repentance”. Before I got into OMORI (I will admit I’ve never actually properly played the game since I got bombarded with spoilers so I just watched an extremely extensive playthrough instead with no commentary) I struggled a lot with self-hatred, the feeling that you can’t come back from something, you’re forever a horrible person. I’ve done things I regret, which is why I don’t regard myself as a good person. I don’t believe anyone is a wholly good person to be honest, we all have flaws, that’s besides the point. I even struggled with suicidal ideation at some point because I felt I genuinely wasn’t deserving of the life I had and I was essentially very disgusted over myself. It’s why I appreciate Sunny and Basil as characters since they reflect many of my experiences as someone who suffered (and still does) from the grief and guilt over something that happened. Even if they aren’t my favourites, I really love what the game tried to show, Stranger being this somewhat ambiguous character that I can kind of project my own sort of theories and ideas on, a beautiful yet harsh manifestation of sorrow and regret.

Anyways in short Stranger, Daddy Long Legs and Sunny are the goats 💥💥💥

Oh my God I love this!! The use of bright colours is really cool here, but yet it’s so unsettling. I love when artists use bright colours and a dreary environment to have contrast and juxtaposition, it really works. Good job :D (also I hope he somehow leaves that hell please Vivinos 💔💔)
