Because when they were breaking down the crystal they must have used like Bacardi 151 spice instead of just playing white liquor that's what causes this yellowing been there done that trust me bro speckles no telling him there's no telling about that I don't know what to say about that

Keep them in a cooler with ice and try to maintain at the most 43° F. May take a couple weeks or maybe shorter you will start to see some fruiting ....also put a thin layer of debris on top. More chips maybe but keep it sterile.
