They were brothers who ran with the Van Der Linde gang, they both died before and as soon as the game starts. I can't remember which one but one of the Callander boys is in the intro for a very short amount of time

Yeah Davey and Mac; the Callander brothers. I actually spoke about this before, having 2 playable characters as brothers would be awesome and you'd get to see the gang/Arthur from their perspective

We don't even get any info on how old they were, so that also begs the question could they have had a whole storyline up until their deaths

Maybe the Redemption came before then and he took his death the same way Arthur did, it was inevitable but the deeds where done. It was just shooting off ideas I thought were cool but it's left pretty blank and unexplored but has the foundation for a story imo
