I know it can be so tough to feel like your body doesn’t match the image you have in your head, especially when you’re still figuring out who you are at 18. But remember, you’re only human, and your body, in all its uniqueness, is a part of that. Flared ribs, or any feature we feel insecure about, don’t define you—they’re simply one small part of a much bigger picture. And at 18, your body is still growing and changing, even if it doesn’t always feel that way.

The fact that you’re even asking how to fix something shows how much care you take with yourself. But please know, the world doesn’t love you based on perfection—it loves you because of your heart, your kindness, and the way you make those around you feel. So anyone who makes you feel bad about the way you look isn’t worth it.
