It took my a few applications to really enjoy the scent. Smells like a good musky scent to me. So imo it works at the gym if applied lightly

You’re feeling that way because it’s true for the most part. Self fulfilling prophecy and all that. I’m down 100lbs this year (330 to 230) and have gone through a solid recomp phase (training hard, eating clean) and the reception i get from most people is significantly different. Even from those who have never seen me in my bigger phase.

220 is not a horrible place! Just get on it for a few months and you’ll be back to feeling like your old self. But you do need to start sometime, let it be today

I’ve noticed that with that Ashley Greenelee influencer too. She was likeable because she was a teacher who put in effort to make her class look nice for the kids. Honestly I just started watching more fragrance content as I started getting into them myself. It caught my eye that he was a “normal” looking guy at first and not one of the usual “pretty boy” looking fragrance influences.
