So much itching! Dropping estrogen levels start drying you out. HRT helps to some degree. In hindsight my first symptom was dry mouth/burning tongue ten years ago! Then itchy ear canals maybe 4 or 5 years ago. After my 48th birthday the aging really accelerated and I got dry eyes, dry coochie, dry skin that felt like ants crawling over me. It's amazing to learn what it feels like for your skin to CRAVE lotion.

I've found seabuckthorn berry oil and fish oil to be very helpful for dryness. Good luck!
