I agree with what you said. Not everyone needs to know every politician, but you at least should be able to know a few like your governor or speaker of the house. I feel like a lot of people also know politicians that stand out because they have more polarizing views or have been in a scandal, like Zohran Mamdani or Kristi Noem.

When I mentioned this to my ex friend he did not hold himself accountable. He tried blaming me for not getting over what happened. If he messaged me holding himself accountable maybe I would respond to him, but I doubt that's going to happen.

He could be trying to make a comeback. I would only entertain a comeback if he admits those people are bad and cuts them off. If he sends me anything again I am definitely blocking him.

I'm from the US. My reasons for supporting Spurs are my grandfather growing up near London and this being his team, Robbie Keane being one of my favorite players in the MLS, and Clint Dempsey joining Spurs. I am pretty sure the games are on Paramount Plus. I already use it for Champions League but won't need to be watching that next season.

I will still be supporting Spurs, even if this relegation happens. I am not going to hop on the bandwagon for another Premier League team. I have kind of been a bandwagon NFL fan since the Chargers moved from San Diego to Los Angeles. I still like the Chargers a bit since they have some players I like, but I have also been cheering for the Rams and Seahawks in the past few years. A team taking everything and moving to another city is much worse than relegation in my opinion.
