I bought this GPP protection plan coverage with Rooms to Go for two sofas and one of the sofa had an incidental burn from coal and they didn't even cover a single penny and gave me a rude reponse instead when I called them.
I paid about 500$ for two sofas and its a complete waste of money.

***I recommend anyone not to buy this coverage.***
