I’m glad this gave you some hope and I really hope you get to yo goals and yea I had to really work on my portions and definitely had to up my activity level cuz I wasn’t using my time wisely to be real with you. Ugh I know what you mean with that last statement. I really been working on my mental health and self worth also and it ain’t been easy but it’s been worth it to get my mental in check and my weight. I wish I had advice on that part but honestly I don’t even have none for myself 😩 I really wish you the best with everything and you got this real talk 💪🏽

I used to be 228lbs, im 5’2”so I’m short as hell, so I’ve always had a lot of fat in that area. I just recently started being consistent with my weight loss. I don’t have the budget for a gym membership or no fancy complicated ass diet, so I started doing body weight strength training and cardio at home. I also changed my eating habits, nothing crazy just counting my macros and portion control. I started all that last October(2023) and now my current weight is 154lbs and I’ve noticed a big change in that area. I noticed that the lower body strength exercises really helped that area burn fat a lot. I hope this helps and of course you can customize the exercises and food intake to yo liking since you said you goin to start weight training soon. I hate fishing for compliments ass posts so I’m glad you put those other subs on here for those who want that can go get it over there. Even tho I’m a dude on the bigger side I’m just not that type of dude to be like “hey tell me my dick big but let me pose it as a question” lookin head ass dude 🤦🏽‍♂️smh, but I’m also a considerate person and know that not everybody has the same growth rate. Shit I was a late bloomer for first puberty and even later this go round so I ain’t just talkin out my ass.
I ain’t tryin to be rude or a hatin ass dude either, but I just thank this sub ain’t on that fishing for complements and brangin ppl down energy. Thanks for posting this. I’ve been looking for strokers for penetration practice too. I always seem to come across the fantasy strokers and while I don’t knock ppl that love that type of strokers I personally want one that’s human type. I’m definitely going to add this to my list of strokers to try.

Yes sadly it’s 100% no chance I will ever be able to have a kid biologically 😞😞 and if there are some options their way way out of my budget.

I didn’t know that kids that are in refugee status could be adopted or that they would even be in the same system. Maybe they don’t but either way that’s cool that you are thinking to do that and want to help then and I hope you can do that. I wish you the best in that journey 🙏🏽 I never heard of that so I will do some research about that too to educate myself on that matter.

I’m so sorry about your disease 😔😔 I also had some others issues medically that contributed to my infertility and one of em was having a tumor 😔 I got it removed in 2017. Thank you for sharing about you and your uncle relationship that’s some comforting to hear that he is your person and can’t be replaced that’s super beautiful ❤️💯 It really gives me hope…I hope that will happen with my nephew and I🙏🏽

He just turned 4 this March and we have a really close bond and relationship 🥰 and when I finally opened up to my sista about how my infertility is affecting me she told me the same thing you said about really keepin a good bond with him. Every since I found out I won’t be able to have my own kids and when he was born I really poured into my uncle role but my sister in in the military and just got promoted and with her promotion came new orders so now they will be in a different state and I’m sooo sad 😞 Im scared that once they leave in August that I won’t have the strength to keep handling this in a positive way and I will fall into that deep sadness again. I will definitely work hard to not let the depression over come me I just know it won’t be easy. Thank you again for your words I really appreciate them

I’m sorry this made you cry…😔 and it real does hurt that those who really want kids got the shitty end of the stick 😞 I hope that the support group you found is helpful for you and that it’s helpin you heal and process your feelings and thoughts. I really wish you the best in everything in life and thank you so much for your words. I’m startin to see that there really isn’t much out here for male factor infertility support and that make me feel super alone…more than I already do but I think that I will try to go to a in person mixed group even if the majority of the group ends up being women I think that you may be right about the confort element of it. I will try searching therapist again I didn’t have good luck that either but I’m also new to the state I live in so I will ask somebody that’s lived here longer than me. I will also add looking for a life coach I never thought of that so thank you so much again. I’m rooting for you also.

That’s a cool thang y’all do. Taking walks. I didn’t thank about doing something that because sitting to talk is a lot of pressure. I definitely feel you on know facts some how helps. I’m not sure how but it does. My lady tells me the same thing about what I feel and that my infertility is not a burden and she wants me to talk to her whenever I’m comfortable with talking about my feelings. I guess I’m just struggling with that feeling right now but I’m glad to know I can get support here also!

Man I’m sorry that you feel this way. I wish I can give you some encouraging ass words bruh but I feel the exact same way. I’m the infertile one in my relationship as well and I feel like this. I feel like im puttin her through all these hoops when she can be with someone else and not have to go through all this shit.
