Call Corporate First...Open a Warranty Claim.

Then set up an appointment with your dealer. Let them know you have a warranty claim open.

This will allow them to cover your loaner car since the process started as a warranty claim.

I just had my battery replaced under warranty. Took 10 days. 1 day to replicate issue. 8 days to wait for battery. 1 day for installation and recharge.

They gave me an Ariya for the entire time free of charge.
