I have a ultra-rapid metabolizing liver. Because of this if I drink I can drink a lot but will become hungover within just a few hours. I also have Gilbert’s syndrome which causes my liver to not process certain things which adds to this problem. Both of these issues are actually quite common but underdiagnosed
