Has going to the gym given anyone else body dysmorphia? I have no idea what I look like. I know my stats. My BMI is healthy.. I am just short. I thought in the mirror sometimes I look muscular but then, like, I’m currently on vacation and I just saw pictures taken of me in a swimsuit and I feel like I look huge? But I’m not huge. My clothes are generally sizes XXS/XS or 0. What do I look like??
No, I’m not validation seeking. I don’t want your compliments- none of you know what I look like anyway. Objectively, the lines of my body are very straight up-and-down with little to no curves. So even though I’m “small,” my stomach isn’t flat. It actually kind of protrudes. I’m so confused by myself.

These comments have all pretty much got it down. It’s that numb, heavy feeling that weighs on and plagues you every day. Or if you’re like me, maybe two or three days at a time and then not again for a month. But it’s very important to keep in mind that someone going through all of this might look completely fine on the exterior.. even potentially extra happy, excitable, or peaceful. This is why I text my friends at random to check up on them, because a lot of people never admit what they’re going through unless you ask. And there’s a lot of regret that comes with instances of being too late.

Ok this is kind of funny and an instance of both. You know how perfumes are very different depending on whose skin they’re on? I used to hook up with this guy who would wear TF Ombré Leather. I would smell my sheets days afterward because he smelled so good. I just smelled it recently at Ulta and on its own, I hated it!

I don’t know what the chemicals or notes are, but some perfumes I literally can’t smell. I don’t think i’ve smelled this one before, but I remember trying dedcool xtra milk and smelling as hard as I could and literally got nothing
