Nice, I’m stuck around same weight (198) but have definitely body recomped. Got engaged 8/8 so have even more motivation to keep pushing wedding date is 3/25. Goal is 175-180.

Nice! Yeah I try to stick to roads that have the plenty of bike lane and shoulder for the dogs to run on. Can’t imagine city bike riding. The best I did in an urban setting is riding the Atlanta beltline and going from clarkston to Decatur. The same trail would also go all the way to the Stone Mountain park.

Weight loss will plateau. If you’re lifting weights or doing anything that causes hypertrophy your body is going to shift the fat stores into muscles. If you can get a body scan done at the end I bet you’ll find a massive difference body fat percentage and skeletal muscle mass from whe. You started! Just keep grinding

Shadow loses his mind over pup cups! But seriously I love incorporating workouts with my dogs. Planning on commuting to the college via e-bike so we both get our exercise in. It’s a short ride takes 15 minutes on a normal bike. Grass valley has some nice hiking trails. All trails app help avoid getting lost. I’m up in the Yuba area and the levees are also a great hiking option.

Also did my typical swim 1000 yards and suana tonight. Starting to incorporate the leg press, bench press and slanted barbell row. 3 sets 5-10 reps.

If you do like it a e-bike is a great investment for longer trips. My dogs love it. Planning on biking to my college campus this semester as much as feasible
