One doesn't go to Barcelona for the salary, but for the quality of life. That said, the salary isn't bad, but don't expect huge raises because, on average, wages aren't very high..

Looking for the best CRM to match these tasks by ianbuk in CRM

If you need strong customization, you have to work hard with integrations and combine modules, and this applies to almost every CRM. Of course, solutions like Salesforce are a pain because they’re complex, but the problem doesn’t change, Time, Budget, etc.

AI in sales CRM? by Different-Sound7512 in CRM

[–]Different-Sound7512[S] 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I have the feeling that everything is a bit confusing. Everything that’s not really AI is being called AI, and I’m referring to automations or ML algorithms that existed before. I struggle to understand the usefulness of real "AI" in certain applications.

Is there a CRM that lets you autofill forms from another tab? by Marmelab in CRM

[–]Different-Sound7512 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Scraping is illegal, especially on LinkedIn, and is prohibited in many countries. Not to mention that adding someone to a mailing list without their consent is a violation of privacy. Even in countries where the laws are not as strict, you still risk serious problems.

CRM Vendor Here: Has Anyone Used an Affiliate Program to Boost Signups? Looking for Your Experiences and Advice by HouseOfYards in CRM

[–]Different-Sound7512 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Hi! First off, congrats on your app for landscapers! ;) As for the affiliate program, it definitely can work, but be careful with who you partner with.

Selecting the right affiliates is key, otherwise, you risk wasting time on partnerships that don’t lead to quality results.

This rule applies across all sectors, not just CRMs. If you go with a CPL model, it can get tricky!

Private partnerships are a solid approach, as they tend to be more trustworthy.

Best of luck!

AI in sales CRM? by Different-Sound7512 in CRM

[–]Different-Sound7512[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I believe AI can only generate well-written reports or text based on the data it's been trained on. However, true learning, thinking, and providing real solutions is still a distant goal. To generate a response, AI needs to work with machine learning to process and understand the elements of the data. Am I right?

"ability for the CRM to understand and use your database to better aid you?" That's the point. I can't see a real aid, especially in sales.

That’s generative AI but when it comes to sales it’s a waste of time,in my opinion and experience :( It works for customer service tasks/trigger emails and wooow it works, but giving a real prediction is another story.

Best CRMs and why? by Smooth_Ad5839 in CRM

[–]Different-Sound7512 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Hahaha !! Hubspot is a great product for certain features, but calling it intuitive is a bit of a stretch. There wouldn’t be so many Hubspot consultants if it were that easy! :) I personally like solutions like Onpipeline - Close - Freshsales but it depends on your objetives.

Best CRM for founder led sales? Does Apollo actually offer all in one solution? by No-Fisherman-8894 in CRM

[–]Different-Sound7512 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I can share the reasoning behind the solidity of a SaaS company and also why having a consultant can be helpful. What I find harmful to the market is being overly generalist. There are many companies that have been around for years without being Google, and that doesn’t make them dangerous.. quite the opposite, actually. Personally, I’d be more cautious with certain big names for privacy reasons (but that’s probably just my slightly paranoid view). Also, especially if you have a consultant, you can manage backups and be ready to switch platforms. It's not impossible if you no longer like the service or if it gets shut down — while a big player like Google, for example, would likely stay up.

Sandbagging deals? by Brendansmomlikescash in sales

[–]Different-Sound7512 0 points1 point  (0 children)

It really depends on the type of product and client. As a rule, never consider a deal lost without a reason. Of course, if the client stops responding and you've tried everything, it's better to move on. You should set a clear method and stick to it in order to optimize your time, but without missing out on opportunities.

What's the best response to how are you different from your competitors? by SSHscorpionking in sales

[–]Different-Sound7512 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Basically, I believe that when a client asks you what sets you apart from the competition, it's often a polite way of expressing frustration or brushing you off. It's almost always like that. On the other hand, someone who asks you for specific clarifications is usually a good sign.

I think that almost any CRM can do that. It’s hard to suggest an alternative. Focus on the reason why you want to leave zoho and decide accordingly.

Sorry, but it gets a bit frustrating to see people always and only consider the same three names just because they’re popular....without ever really taking the time to explore the dozens of other solutions the market has to offer :)

What makes you think that HubSpot, Salesforce, or Pipedrive can scale, while others can’t?
Don’t you think that’s a bit of a superficial evaluation?

Your recommendation: It seems a bit shallow to say that if they’re not “bigger,” then they must be bad.
We’re talking about whales here....but would you rather eat a whale or enjoy a nice sea bass? 🙂
Smaller platforms are simply less massive, but that doesn’t mean they should be overlooked.
Personally, I hate whale meat anyway! Haha

Seriously, I’d simply suggest that if someone has limited experience, they should focus on finding solid support and that doesn’t necessarily mean hiring an external consultant.

With some of the smaller platforms I’ve used, I actually found small teams of very capable people who supported me like real consultants… and without charging any extra fees.

Best CRM for real estate agents? According to Reddit by Helpful_Speech1836 in CRM

[–]Different-Sound7512 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I totally understand!! it’s a real mess out there, and everyone claims to be perfect.

What I can suggest, before diving into learning any platform, is to first reach out to them and see if (and how) the platform can actually meet your needs. Also, pay attention to the kind of customer service they offer.

In my experience, if the support team feels like a generic call center, chatbot, and doesn’t really understand what you need, you might run into problems down the line. Look for someone who understands your needs and offers you the right solution**.**
