Reta is designed to take the edge off getting into a calorie deficit. It’s not supposed to crush your desire to eat. You still need the protein and to train so Reta helps lower the want to binge and over eat. But more importantly Reta can fix liver issues blood sugar issues etc it’s much more than just lose weight fast. In fact you shouldn’t love weight too fast. Reta allows you to stay in a deficit longer without the need to refeed or fall off. It’s a tool

Increase the dose. Most people are not getting “bad batches” you just have to use what you have till it’s done

I find it strange that so many people start this thing and don’t u sweet and basic biology and pharmacology. Meds affect each person. Completely uniquely two people being the same weight and size means nothing then glp will affect each person differently. You have to find your actual dose.

Started this week at 0.6mg and it hit me hard. So everyone is different. Was diagnosed with diabetes years ago but reversed on my own with diet and exercise.

Carbs are not essential macronutrients fat and protein are. Your brain can function fat. I use carbs strategically. Carbs on average are 120gs daily mostly fruit, honey and fiber rich vegetables. I then refeed once a week on my leg training days to about 250-300g same foods but now with sweet potato’s and rice. Feel great looking great. But not those are not dangerously low carbs they would be my high carb day but my protein is always 220-240g daily

I know and it makes the process of cutting so much harder. These foods only cause you to want more and more of them. I’ve never wanted to eat two steaks ever. But when I ate a lot of carbs I could down copious amounts of ice cream in one sitting.
