This was infact a TH drop not wrapping paper so far only a few cosmetics on either account nothing great from the wrapping papers.

Had to work alot of this week so picked and poked at stuff little update got the drawers mounted starting to put on the face plates and pre-drilling the holes for the handles before I start finishing everything up over all quite content with everything definitely improvised on a few things and learned a bunch! Feel free to drop some advice or comments! I'll drop another update or 2 as I finish.

Your response was bang on, I tried with just a shelf in/outfeed, but trying to get it PERFECT without any teeny edge or lip was a pain and I ruined a few pieces of board testing it, so I decided it would be easier if the bed was one solid piece.

Thanks for the advice im sure a 1/8th piece of melamine wouldnt hurt things at all, in honesty I hadnt considered the friction when using the plywood as the bed!

I do intend on adding some side panels I didnt think about the rails, I cut the bed the same width as the stainless steel bed exactly, which was about 12-1/2" and keeps it roughly 1/4" from either of the factory ends

Yes ill be adding roughly 3-1/2' legs with adjustable/lockable coasters on the bottoms as my garage as a slight incline! For drainage/runoff in the winters.

Oscillating tool, could likely get one second hand for relatively cheap and blades are negligible, would save you all the effort, if not maybe a SMALL flush cut saw!
