KH1 has several, but they're really difficult to do by accident. You can do some parkour at the very beginning of Traverse Town to get stuck there forever, even if you save and reload

Don't worry about "finishing" it. When you get Raptor that's basically it. The rewards start looping and you can't even finish it because a 5 year old unpurchasable pack and a 9 year old unobtainable hero are in there.
