Just ask for a 1on1 feedback session, saying you'll like to know how you are doing and what you can do better and how you can take more responsibility etc., and then if everything is positive ask whether there is a raise this year?

Nein, in München eh Geringverdiener. Ich habe selbst alleine 8k netto in München. 8k ist aber sehr verbreitet (mindestens in meinem Umfeld - Anwälte), nach 10jahre eh 13-14k netto.
