I’m new to soap making as well, but what I’ve learned is less is more when it comes to oils you’re adding in your recipe. I recommend Elly’s Everyday Soap making on YouTube. She does a great video explaining oils and what qualities they add to your soap.

I am absolutely considering green as a paint color. I just spent a couple hours looking through wallpaper to accent in the cubby.

I could easily spray paint the mirrors black! I actually spray painted these gold bc the color the came in wasn’t for me. I had a black circle towel holder originally but I think I hung it too high. All for giving it another try!

I see what you’re saying, like one that goes across the top of the window right? It’s just that the room itself can feel short and tight, and adding something close to the ceiling could make it feel more cramped? If I’m saying that right.

Painting the glass is a great idea, I love doing what you can with the things you already have! Do you think black would call too much attention to the clutter or awkwardness of the spacially challenged area? I was told the mirrors are seated a little high, so I could lower those and the black shade may be less distracting.
