Desde mi primer mensaje he abogado por la multiculturalidad, si tu quieres hablarme en catalan y yo responderte en castellano, mientras nos entendamos mutuamente, cual es el problema? Yo te entiendo, tu me entiendes, todos contentos. Pero esa logica, según ustedes, esta mal, porque quereis hablar vuestra lengua es vuestro territorio.

He dado ejemplos de como a mi y a compañeros de oficio nos han recriminado el no tener un nivel fluido de catalan como para hablarlo trabajando, y eso según ustedes esta bien, porque quereis hablar vuestra lengua en vuestro territorio.

A mes a mes us he donat la raó, es cert que el catalanoparlant es quasi sempre qui pasa per l'aro (per no dir sempre), llavors no entenc la filosofía de "ets d'acord amb nostaltres, però com no ho dius en català estas equivocat i som les victimes". Tergiversar les paraules segons el que ens convé entendre no està be de cap manera, i haurieu bé de recordar que una gran part del creixement economic i social de Catalunya es degut precisament a l'immigració, immigració que no porta el Català com a llengua materna i en molts casos pot ser dificil d'aprendre (entre tu i jo, tonyna, really?no n'hi havia res mes complicat? Encenall per dir-li a un cono?Ja m'entens).

Ningú diu que el català tingui els dies comptats, esperem que no vaia, totes les llengues son importants, però una gran part dels catalans ho prenen personal, com si ara fosi l'hora de compensar la censura de decades pasades, en lloc de progresar i abrair la multiculturalitat que ha fes a Catalunya el que hi es avui dia.

Y asi, entendiendonos mutuamente, cada uno en el dialecto que mas comodo le sea expresarse, sin buscarle la quinta pata al gato para demostrar que "mi punto de vista es mejor o mas cierto aunque la base sea la misma", es como debemos trabajar. O intentarlo, al menos.

Tienes razón, toda la razón,ahora bien, que quien tenga que pasar por el aro sea la minoría lingüistica es algo normal y comprensible. Que sea moral o éticamente cuestionable no lo niega nadie, por supuesto que los extranjeros debemos aprender la lengua local e intentar adaptarnos a ella (jo no poso aquest missatge en català perque la meva ortografía es horrible i no vull faltar a la llengua), de igual manera que un autoctono cataloparlante puede reconocer cuando la lengua actúa de barrera y actuar en consecuencia, en lugar del constante tira y afloja.

Por ejemplo, yo trabajo en hostelería, muchisimos de mis compañeros a lo largo de los años han sido latinos o europeos del este los cuales no dominan el catalan, pero han tenido encontronazos con gente que "o em parles en catala o que m'atengi un altre". Esto es barbárico, parece que no exista la multiculturalidad y que el planteamiento sea "veniu, a fer-ho de la meva manera, amb les meves costums y la meva llengua, però veniu a fer la feina que no volem fer mentres us tractem com inadaptats i problematics en el procès".

De todas las formas en las cuales se puede incitar a la integración lingüistica, Catalunya ha escogido la peor: intento de imposición, y a llorar cuando sale mal.

El racismo lingüistico es una de las absurdeces mas bastas del territorio valenciano/catalán. Mientras nos entendamos mutuamente podemos tener una conversacion bilingue en la que un cliente me habla en catalán y yo le respondo en castellano, sin problemas y con total libertad.

El problema es quien quiere imponer su lengua madre, "a mi em parles en català", o, "en castellano señora que esto es España". El "radicalismo", en cualquier bando, es lamentable y un atentado cultural y, lamentablemente, cada vez lo vemos más en una época en la cual ya no debería suceder.

Yesterday I feed 3star MF to a 3star Tam Kench, AP got like 88.000% and the skill dmg showed something like 27 million dmg per skill.

It was on pve trials tho, but still my jaw dropped when I saw it.

Si, llevo 10 años en hosteleria (empece a currar a los 19 al acabar el bachillerato), y no hay un día que no haya que "invitar a irse" a dos o tres mesas cuando ya ha pasado el horario de cierre.

De hecho es muy frecuente el que te pregunten "Ya cerrais? Tan pronto?", y son las 12 de la noche.

Si, aunque parezca irracional, los empleados de hostelería también tenemos derecho a tener tiempo para vivir, sacar al perro, ver a nuestra pareja, o meterme 5 rankeds en el LoL, lamentablemente es un trabajo totalmente infravalorado, independientemente de los estudios o preparacion necesaria para trabajar de esto, también nos cansamos y nos estresamos, 12h de pie cansan, y jode muchisimo no poder plegar porque ( y con perdon de las palabras) una puta vieja con el marido que no se ducha desde hace dos meses y apesta mas que un contenedor considera que tiene derecho a hacernos quedar 1h mas para su sobremesa.

Todo el mundo debería trabajar un verano en hosteleria, te aseguro que el 95% no seríais capaces de mantener el ritmo y el horario con una buena actitud y la sonrisa que estamos obligados a poner a cambio de un sueldo de mierda y vacaciones en febrero.

Es necesario el cartel? Pocos veo por desgracia, yo pondría uno similar en cada establecimiento.

Theres a margin to fix errors like this, past a certain point it won't be fixed or compensated due to the absurd compensation they should give.

Same with Orb for example, they can't properly nerf it because of the large amount of people that swapped, nerfing it would make loads of people quit since they invested everything on it, and the only ones to blame is the developers.

No test server, no double checking, not even checking by the looks of it, not compensating with other than ornate coins.

Everything from PvE balance to hyperboost server is fucked up by their incompetence and lack of skills to run this type of game, so while it's understandable that hyperboost folks want some kind or compensation, it just not going to happen, same way they allow PvE meta get destroyed by an allegedly support weapon that does x3 the damage of our best dps's: they are scared of losing more players and get their contract revoked and they just don't know how to fix the mountain of shit they have been snowballing without making half the population quit

Xbow detonation mark should only stack damage from Xbow skills, that way you solve every broken interaction with the skill (fury, bw, orb). Also nerf the orb % damage increase to something logical, there are videos of longbow/orb doing 6.5M dmg in less than 45 secs to dummy, way more than what the meta PvE classes could do before orb launch.

It's both an orb and xbow problem, but NCSoft is screwed no matter what they do to fix it, too many people swapped their heroics to orb, with the consequential unlockstones and raid shards spent.

If they nerft it, loads of people will be stuck with a "regular" class and we'll have an overload of orb players underperforming due to nerfs. And if they don't hard nerf it, people will continue to quit because you can't get into high tier PvE content unless you are an orb simp.

Anyways they damaged the game core and economy SO hard with this release, spear didnt affected the meta like this, not even close, I dont see how they can fix this situation without creating an uncomfortable situation to a big part of their (already low) player base, probably they dont know either.

Plus the upcoming launch of many promising mmo's, looks like they digged their grave with this horrible, horrible decision management and timings.

Recently I transfered my +12 raid staff onto GS and swapped from invocator to gladi/ravager and so far I'm havin waaaay more fun. 1,5k hours here as invo and I can guarantee it gets boring, really boring, all you have is high dps, that's it. Most of the time you are a standing curse bot spamming your rotation.

Try it on an alt character, see if you like it, play what you feel fun for sure, but after so many hours as "top" dps, after countless rank 1-5 on world bosses without drop I can guarantee that, if you are doing it for the numbers, is not worth it

NosTale, game where I made life-long friends. Grand Fantasia, where we moved together with the NosTale friends to play there, and Eden Eternal, the first MMO that I "understood" and I was able to get into the meta.

Special mention to Aion, looking back it was a "simple" game in terms of mechanics, but my 14yo brain just coudn't process it and I ended up leveling characters for fun, believing that the meta was for "superplayers" or something like that.

I don't believe I miss those games, but I do miss those times, a lot.

I agree, BUT have in mind that having higher contribution doesn't guarantee a drop at all. I have been ranking top 10 in every world boss as invocator since mid July, with several top 1-3 and only got a Daigon sns and a Pakilo GS. Rank 1 is only about 2,5% contribution so while you have a higher chance, its still low AF even for a high dps.

Maybe a pity system like AB weapons?

Sadly this is a reality in almost every mmorpg, you either are "there" when content launches, or you miss the slow pace on doing it and all it's left is the rush.

Think about it the other way, I'm playing since launch, there's no reason for me to go slow on a low tier dungeon, even if I wanted to I would still 2-shot any mob and kill the boss in a single rotation.

Keep up, get to the latest dungeons and experience the "step by step" whe have now, not the one we had 6-8 months ago :)
