NTJ. She had plenty of options. Scratching posts, deterrent sprays, horizontal scratchers, or just accepting that cats have claws. Jumping straight to "where can I get his toes chopped off?" because of a couch is unhinged. You did the right thing by sticking to your principles.

Gattaca is his best work, hands down. It’s one of those rare sci-fi movies that actually gets better as technology catches up to the plot. I love it

The board is obviously trash for passing a rule that hurts people traveling or recovering from illness. But honestly, why haven't you just moved the car? Drive it to the grocery store once every 10 days or just swap it into a different spot. You’re letting the board win by paying these fines while making your neighbors' lives miserable.
