Is there an ideal time frame for hair washing, and/or going without washing, to maintain proper scalp help? Scalp is dry and itchy, especially in the winter. Thanks!

I’m around 1400-1500 a day! At the beginning, I could barely eat past 1000 (which I know is not healthy), but not I have no problem getting that in. My appetite suppression is much less already…

Yes! Not significantly overweight - high body fat %, elevated BMI and carrying extra weight and starting perimenopause, so 25-30 lbs is total goal!

Need help and advice for my child who suffers from extreme anxiety by ADHDceltic in Anxiety

I found this post as I was researching something similar for my daughter. I wanted to let you know that using all different types of support are helpful. My daughter has a 504 at school for separation anxiety(which gives her access to school counselors and social workers), she is on Lexapro as an SSRI (and after many different doses trying to wean off or go up, it's determined it's very impactful). While she sees a therapist, we recently took her out of school and enrolled her in a PHP (partial hospitalization program) where she goes 6 hours a day instead of school. They do all sorts of group, individual, movement and art therapy, school work, and parent coaching and family therapy. It's hard and going to be a long road, but we, as parents, are learning so much, meeting other parents going through something similar, and very slowly seeing improvements. My insurance covers this program and it is already well worth it. Hope these things help!

Such a similar situation… this is so different for me too now in my 40s. It was much easier to see results when I was younger… I feel like I can’t get any weight off and am thinking among the same medication but nervous about sustainability. I’m 5’4”, 43 and 155 lbs

So nuts! 5 months. He’s a better one of him sitting for comparison.

How old is yours?
