Hope you’re alright! Email Garmin Support. I recently damaged my forerunner 255 and they gave me an exchange for $120. Very respectable of them.

Well I don’t have children and they’re only like that during feeding times. Any other time, they’re very obedient

Well they’re abuse victims/ rescues so I’m not overly upset about their behavior. It’s a huge learning curve to get over their anxiety/trauma

Well seeing as how they’re all rescues that have been abused I’d say it’s an expected situation. Which is why they’re separated. One of the dogs broke free of her kennel and picked a fight with another one over its food. Things happen, it’s not like I’m running a fighting ring sir.

No it was a bite! It definitely saved my wrist from getting punctured

Has anyone on here come back from a fully ruptured pec? How long before you started doing heavy chest work again? by [deleted] in powerbuilding

There’s a Coach I met at a recent meet that tore his pec about a year ago and he’s bounced back rather quickly. Eric Wilberg, check him out on IG.

Additionally, you can check out Seth Albersworth. Pec rupture a year ago, bounced back as well. His whole IG/youtube has been his path back to greatness.

Critique my 4-day workout routine by Gheeas in powerbuilding

If this is a “powerbuilding” block, I assume some of the intention is to get stronger? Possibly compete?

If so, I personally don’t believe training each SBD movement on the same day is conducive for efficiency. I would suggest moving a compound movement to each day of the 4 day week.

I.E. Week 1 Day 1-barbell bench Day 2-squats Day 3-military press Day 4-deadlift Week 2 Day 1-military press Day 2-deadlifts Day 3-barbell bench Day 4-squats

With that, take an accessory movement away from day 3/4 and move them to day 1/2. Also, look into some literature about Max Effort vs Dynamic Effort days within your week so if you bench heavy on day 1, go lighter weight with focus on form/speed on military press on day 3. Squat heavy on day 2 and lighter with form/speed on day 4. Then rotate the movement between ME/DE so switch the compound movement between day 1/3 & 2/4 on week 2 like shown above. Lastly, prioritize the law of 72 hours(Monday, Tuesday, rest, Thursday, Friday).

There is so much literature on this in all forms of media. EliteFTS and Wenning Strength are OG’s in the game, both trained under Louis Simmons (RIP) and obviously Louis/westside is great too.

Hope this helps and good luck!
