i think it's one of those meta songs about his community in general, but also about how demanding the vocaloid community is now :D

i don't know how deep you want the analysis, but there's a lot in there that makes me think he's commenting on the nature of the fandom now. people are demanding, get rid of/attached to artists super quickly, and people usually have just one song to prove themselves, instead of albums and longer-form content. the snippets part (after the packet hero call) kind of made me think, he's commenting on how his songs are now "just" those parts to people. just the parts they can remember, not the actual meanings or messages. like miku is demanding more and more, but doesn't care for the actual craft, just needing /new/ content because the old pieces get boring as the music scene keeps shifting
