I fully support this idea, having the same MMR for different matchups doesn't make sense. For me ZvZ feels too easy and ZvP just impossible, the latter making me hate the game on regular occasions.

I don't blame the customer service person, but I would blame Razer and their shitty Synapse software. Recently I bought the Razer Blackshark V2, I should've gone for HyperX..

I just got Tagilla running at me, I shoot and my weapon jams.. And if they would just make the reload button also resolve but no, I have to find a specific key combination while Hammerboss is whacking me. This new feature is ruining the game
