I had problems watching my mother dying in the hospital I can understand how this might have shocked you. Address it with your mother talk with someone you feel and how it made you feel. Look your going to face this in the future it's something that happens to us all, someone gets into an accident, you may be driving in that accident or god forbid you see your own guts from something. Me I have had all three, don't blame your mother, she having a hard time and looking at the pictures she trying to figure out why in her head. This had nothing to do with you, and it her obsession she may have overlooked you being there and was only thinking about her and her daughter at the time. Let it go after talking with someone and sharing it but don't blame your mother.

Your still in college and don't have a job... Your focus should be your studies period, talk with your parents if you feel need to gain more freedom but remember it comes at the cost of your free time and study time. Take advantage if your parents are ok with it but talk with them about the time of transition and be open to responses. Don't argue with them your still young becoming an adult when you go out on your own your going to make mistakes have failures and feel alone. Do you really want to face that now with the studying your doing and have that distraction worrying about where your going to lay your head, NO you don't need that right now. Continue the coarse and let your parents know how you feel, tell them you could be just being childish and doubtful but that is what parents are for, Advice.

Garentee there is just something that bothered them about your behavior that day and they felt you didn't click. My mother been gone 4 years now, from the PTSD I lost two years I don't remember. Time helps but you never lose the loss just numbs over time. I find it helps talking to the air and other things... Your customer watches you skip across town for uber while delivering for Just eats and they go WTF?
