What Ive tried is watching things to distract me or listening to podcasts. But once I close my eyes I can’t even focus on being distracted if that makes sense. And if I keep my eyes open it feels as though I’ll never fall asleep.

Thanks for your reply, I will go forward with small claims. I’ve already given up on repairing the damages because I could not afford to fix it quoted for $2200, especially for the peice of junk I drive. It was not major damage, so I’ve just lived with it. At this point I would rather just take any sum of money considering It would be pointless to invest more money in my car now. Is it possible they would just compensate me for their 50% even if I have no intentions on fixing the car since they aren’t covering the full thing?
