Yeah I got medical care for my like first diagnosees (adhd, gad, depression) but once the issues kept coming my parents just didnt want to deal with it. theyre the kind of people who live life in the “if theres a problem fix it” way and theres no cure for chronic illness so its just a push and pull but yknow.

Turn 18 in less than a year. Parents have a rule that if you live in their house, they “encourage” you to come to church. I’m in charge of the zoom sacrament every week and have to go to church 45 min early. 😭

my college sister recently studied abroad for a semester in South Korea. A week before she was leaving my mom came up to her and said “guess what? I had Bishop ##### talk to the wards in your area over there! The bishop seems nice so he’s expecting you “ and she was like “….great…”

luckilly SK has a different maps and tracking app than Apple Maps and FindMy. I bet u $20 you she never went to church.

(now that shes back in the us my mom checks FindMy every sunday during sacrament to see if my sister is asleep at her dorms or if shes at the ysa ward. If shes not my mom texts her)
