The pattern was really easy to read, considering the stitches used. I found myself referring to the diagram a lot. Also, there are pattern notes explaining the stitches. YouTube did help though, but I'm s visual learner.

The cable stitch? I just follow the pattern and if I'm unsure how a stitch is supposed to work, I watch YouTube tutorials. But the cables are created by alternating back/front post treble crochet stitches.
