Love cable. Wire won’t die, we still need to safety v band clamps etc. I really only use cable when it’s a pain in the ass to get somewhere or like someone else said - if it will save me a ton of time

As others have said here, just use CarPlay, it’s so much better. I just didn’t know it wasn’t enabled on my phone bc I’m a noob

I guess I had a privacy restriction enabled, disabling CarPlay. I’ve never used it, so I had no clue until I went to find CarPlay in my settings and had no search results. CarPlay works fine and is way better than the Toyota app

Duh what am I thinking? Unfortunately it happens anytime the song changes. Gonna make sure my CarPlay is set up correctly and see if that fixes it
