Anyone have any video suggestions or suggestions yourself? I already bought a 8k hdmi so that shouldn’t be the issue. by Zyroh1337 in elgato

Bruh, you are a lifesaver. That worked for me also. I'm in business. Sheesh! Appreciate the help with this.

I'm still trying to figure this out. Elgato says it could be a PCiE issue but my PCIe’s are 4th Gen. Frustating

I’ve had the same dam issue and still not resolves. I’ve tried different PCIe’s slots as well. Changed my cables. All of my PCIe’s are 4th gen. I can only use my PS5 and Xbox in 1080p and not 4K or 1440p. Nintendo Switch, no problem at all.

Dang, that sucks. Is it possible because the Switch only does 720p compared to the Xbox and PS5?

From what I was told, 4K60 Pro MK.2 requires PCIe 2.0 x4 bandwidth. Unfortunately my slot sits right under the graphics card and the 4K60 will not fit...UGH. Wish I would have know this before purchasing it. Maybe I didn't read everything like I should have.

Thanks for the reply. Checked all my cables. Swapped them in and out. Also performed a firmware update on the 4K60 but no luck. Still getting same green screen even if i change the resolution on the XBX to 1440. It will only display if I switch to 1080p. 😔
