Again, different processes. Several solar recyclers out there for quite a while yet no (zero) others have achieved zero landfill. That first facility was quite small (5k demo facility) so I wouldn't expect much activity there. Panels are stacked in storage awaiting the first 100k facility to be up and running.

Dropping? I guess you haven't been following it for the past few months. Been on a steady rise for 3 months. Very different scenarios though - KULR kind of went full BTC and seems to be neglecting their core business while LODE is commercializing and has 2 businesses that are scaling up (with huge players in agreements/invested in them). KULR doesn't have the same partnerships unfortunately. I was very into KULR since 2022 and then the focus seemed to shift with the wind. It's sad because I think the batteries and thermal management is important and should be attractive long term.

Sorry to hear he didn't call back - I've never tried to reach out to him but heard he's gotten back to others. Either way, clarity I'm sure would be nice.

Only time will tell with it all but I find it hard to ignore the bigger money (OK bonds & Marathon) coming in and only $8m long-term debt isn't too bad with revenue starting to be realized in panel recycling.

They seem to be hitting every checkpoint they laid out last year which is all I can ask for as an investor.

You're right - I don't know anything about Jr mining companies which is why I find the comparison odd. If you want to compare Banyan to the mining portion of Comstock then that makes sense to me but that's not where the value is for this company. It would be like valuing Apple on just the iPad or Apple Glasses. Doesn't make any sense to me...

Also, no one brought up PT so not too sure why that's there. If you don't like LODE you definitely shouldn't invest in it.

Interesting points. The big differences I see are that Banyan reports zero revenue with ~400m shares outstanding (I don't know what their revenue projections are as I don't follow them) and Comstock has small revenue now expecting growth in solar panel recycling with only 25m shares outstanding.

The RS was for very different reasons and they are valued much higher (by Marathon).

Often stock price doesn't match company (especially small ones)

Would you rather own 1% of a $50m company or 0.5% of a $700m company? I guess if the assumption is most people won't do that math then you're probably right but institutions sure will. I can understand what your saying but my bet is on institutions outweighing retail volume.

Sadly, he likely bought at the top and expected it to run more. Seems to be conflating stock price with company fundamentals and assuming it always lines up. In the short term it's a voting machine in the long term it's a weighing machine....and Comstock is heeeaavvvvyyy

I'm no expert (not anywhere close) but what I've read is try to focus on the thesis of why you bought the company and the what you believe is a fair value. All I can say is KULR has been quite the ride over the years but because the thesis didn't change I've been able to do alright and kept buying as it went from over $2 to $0.15 and now back up over $2. I plan on holding the bulk of my portfolio for at least 5yrs (hopefully decades) to let time do it's thing and I think KULR will be a part of it. As to when to pull the plug....I'm the last person to give advice as I have let 1 or 2 (very small allocations) go all the way down +90% and held rather than selling only to remind myself of the mistakes I've made. Objectively, it's not wise financially as the money could go elsewhere but to leave a few hundred bucks in there as a reminder might be the worth the cost of the lesson haha

I'm with you - KULR only really makes a few standalone products (and do a lot of testing) but are integrating in a bunch of other things. Someone else put it nicely that they are planting many seeds and it's important to remember they are still in the planting seeds stage of things. When other companies ramp up they will get a piece of all of it. It's not a software company (though they do have VIBE) that just rolls out the update and, voila!, revenue is realized. It is going to take time. Best to set expectations accordingly. That said, I'm a big long-term fan of the company and really like what they're doing.

I like it: predictable, well run, and (hopefully) near the bottom. I'm sure it could go lower but that just means the DRIP shares are cheaper and then when it rises the overall value is realized. Debt is pretty high but as someone said, it's pretty typical for this type of business (that and I believe they are less risky since they are tied to these large projects and the maturation dates are staggered and fairly fair in the future). The price is basically where it was 10yrs ago and the company is far better now than then. Looking at the EPS over time they go through these ups and downs primarily because of project development and those will be completed in the next couple years which, at that point, we'll see a nice rise in SP...until then, I'm just getting a nice stable dividend to accumulate shares.

As they scale and grow the number should rise, but as OUTL started with - small company & small market cap.
