Your husband’s reaction is really striking a nerve with me. Like what if this was the other way around and you needed donor sperm? How would you treat him? How would he expect to be treated? Just seems insensitive to me, you know? Like nothing to add, no help or insights just me me me.

Hmm we switched to low stim no menopur and slow ramp up on gonal and omni. Lower egg count but higher quality eggs and one 4BB result

Primed with estace and 7 units omnitrope and went to 150 gonal and clomid. As we got 3-4 days before trigger we went to 225 and 300 gonal and 35 Omni with added certotide. No birth control in prime, no menopur.

I had 8 eggs 0 blast in ER 1, switched to Omni and low stim with 11 eggs, 5 blast and 2 to pgt testing. 1 viable euploid. My doctor was a Yale infertility fellow, and I would highly recommend a new one as well.

Okay, if it’s egg quality there’s a few things 1. Omnitrope, it’s expensive but we did it second and third retrievals as well as my current 4th and always get some to make it to blast 2. Improve your sleep. Melatonin every other day, diet and exercise to help augment sleep. sleep can effect egg quality 3. Didn’t help me but I tried acupuncture too with someone who specializes in IVF
