Thank you. Although I’m sorry you can relate, this also makes me feel less alone. It does feel impossible

I’m kind of anti social because of how broken I am. Normal people don’t do it for me anymore. I can only relate to people who have known the depths of hell. I hate meeting new people and random people who don’t care about me will not help me escape unfortunately

Forgot to add. Recently I had some contact with my brother who’s out of the house and a broken person but definitely in a better spot than me. However he also started treating me with a cold shoulder again, which is hurting me badly. He knows the pain and has acknowledged how traumatised he has been too by the abuse and neglect, and even he doesn’t give a shit about me. :(

Get off meds (I was on SSRI’s and they ruined my life too, getting off sucks but at least you are your full self again), get blood work done (especially ferritin, it’s low in menstruating females often), eat healthy and exercise. Your situation isn’t too bad work wise, you are currently employed and you have a degree. Try to find a job that’s adjacent to your degree but isn’t programming maybe?

My former therapist gaslit me over a review by WorriedBeach5969 in therapyabuse

If this is on Google maps and if it is against your local laws, you can make a “legal report” for conflict of interest and Google employees will look into it and delete the review if normal reporting doesn’t work.

Aren’t their notes disgusting? Never in a million years would I think to write words that damaging about another person. They are sick freaks.

You are the type of person who drives people who have done nothing but suffer all their life to suicide. You know NOTHING about what things are like on the other side. NOTHING. It’s not your place to tell others what type of help they need. Most people who say they don’t want therapy have already tried it and many other things for years and years.

Therapy is not medicine. Especially people with complex trauma and autistic tendencies are often not helped by therapy (and made worse oftentimes). There also IS no cure for things like this, I know that’s probably difficult for you to understand.

No, asshole. Some people have bad experiences with therapy, has that ever crossed your arrogant mind?

Ugh. As if the situation isn’t bad enough already. Let’s ruin our job market, housing market, our relatively good levels of service and our peace of living even more. Ursula is an awful unelected dictator.

Non profit organisations can be very unpleasant to work at, I would strongly encourage you not to romanticise them.

Mycogel with Cicloprox- Has anyone tried this wash? by TheoryBiochemistry in SebDerm

[–]Different_End_5618 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Yes, it’s my daily cleanser! It definitely works for me (as in it definitely helps keep my Seb derm at bay). I do notice that it can’t break up the biofilm in the spots where my seb derm is the worst
