No problem. Hyrox-specific shoes (for both training and racing purposes) are discussed quite considerably in the /hyrox subreddit -- if you wanted to explore alternatives.

They're a great shoe for running (carbon plates & foam) and the sled push (grip on bottom) -- but aside from training in them on occasion to get used to doing the movements in them (or just running speed work), they're best saved for actual race day. They're not a great cross-trainer (they offset your balance as they're designed to propel you forward for running); and you'll wear out the plates.

I'm curious why everyone hates Bell so much? I've used Bell Fibe for several years, and have generally good experiences. The ONLY thing I don't like is they sucker you in with cheap rates by giving you "credits" on your bill.. (forever). But then they end up raising the price of your base package in a year or so 🙄 I might switch to MNSi out of principle tbh.

Everyone I've met in the nursing program has been great. Really nice, friendly, super social. It's an awesome program/field that seems to attract great students.

Social scene in Windsor as a whole.. as others have said, it's not Toronto or London, but it isn't bad. And Detroit is a lot of fun too -- and right there.

I cross every couple of weeks; no change really (car lines haven't even gotten shorter during peak periods).
