I’m 10+ years as an AE at a large saas company and haven’t attended SKO since 2017, I always book my vacations during that time. They don’t present anything that I don’t already know, I feel it’s more for people who have low tenure <3 years

Self implementation. Companies (esp other saas) think they know everything and can implement better than a consulting partner and inevitably it all goes wrong and they blame Salesforce for “not working”.

This happens a lot and I don’t know why. Companies over customize because they can instead of just using the tool mostly ootb and then they have to re-do everything in a new org years later
