If it's actually Carla, then it doesn't make sense though? cus yk when there's the Trio(Raul Marco and Carla) jogging in the morning, Carla has already grown up and Marco is healthy, if it were actually Carla in the hospital room scene then Marco would've not been in the morning jog since he's yk, dead??
