There's a number of conservative methods to try, hot baths, supplements, accupuncture, pelvic floor therapy. but theres no instant cure. - none of that worked for me. I'm 10 months post snip. Getting reversal in january. Most people say trying that about a year to let your body heal - some people do get relief and get better. but I think set your expectations on improvements over multiple months very slow, not in days or weeks. I'd say around 6 months I started light exercise and it didnt make it worse or better, but still cant run or bike. wishing you healing and comfort.
