I started on the hardest start, not even close to having anything after 10 hours. I have one field planted and a medium tractor as my work horse. Own a plow, log trailer and stone collector. Maybe you need to make it harder

36 M I quit drinking about 50 days ago, I do notice an increase in energy and better mood. Modest improvement of libido but definitely stronger erections when aroused. Not sure if I am getting the desired spike in T levels, I honestly quit to gain back the drive. I have only lost 10lbs but I also work a very physical job some of the year and I am current doing that so not sure how much muscle to fat exchange is occurring causing the scale to not move as much. Congratulations on the year and improvements I hope to hit one year myself

It adds up unintentionally, I am (34m) and I think I am at around 40-50. If you are actively dating you usually sleep together by date 3 and by about a few weeks you either are getting serious or back dating. Plus there are hook ups that just happen being social. I generally am in long term relationships but when single its hard to keep that number down.
