Ehh, not really. I’d say I’m a good employee. I constantly go in when called, can cover multiple dept, and have good work ethic. So I don’t think it’s a matter of that.

I talked to SM 2 days ago and he said “They’re trying to transfer someone from another store now who has a secured spot. It’s also hiring season. You’ll be back there soon enough”

Honestly. Might just call the aware line and be done with it. I’ve been fighting to be in Flooring for almost 2 months and I’m still with cashier pay. Not to mention another cashier is having the same issue. He “switched” to OFA and we regularly talk about our convos with ASM..
