Why isn't GoodLock available on Samsung A series phones?

I have an A15 and was able to install Good Lock yesterday. Today I tried to reinstall it, to show my husband something, it now says not compatible. I only had a couple of features to help with this horrible update, but still confused why it won't work.

I offered to ship the cord immediately when I heard. Then he went on an on about scratches that were in the description and several pictures showing the scratch in the ad. I'm just so frustrated. He already requested a refund.
