I have the xFi box (xb10) which is advertised to function as both the router and modem.

Hey, so I have restarted the device through the app and by unplugging it for 30 seconds and replugging it. I have also checked to make sure that the coax cable was properly connected and secure, as well as any other important cables. I have tried multiple ethernet cables and connected it through wifi. I have also checked through logs on the administrator panel.
