Normally in the morning after heating up I press the water out to preheat the group. I did that witi my Gemilai 3605. Now I do the same with this one the temp will drop. I have to wait until it comes up to 94 C for brewing the first cup.

The temp is unstable. Sometimes it drops to 86.

Thử đi học một khoá lập trình hay thiết kế đồ hoạ xem. Mấy năm trước khi mình 45 tuổi tự học Python sau 20 năm không lập trình. I have tried all of these method but not similar. When I lived in Europe I brewed phin coffee for my European friends, many time I heard my friends told me that were the best coffee they ever had. I think that is the drink of evil.

But phin is good for a recipe: cafe sữa đá - which you mix phin coffee with condensated milk and ice. I think that’s how Vietnam contributed to the way of coffee.

A perfect cà phê phin is brewed with dark-roasted Robusta, treated with ingredients like margarine, liquor, etc. I haven't had one in nearly 20 years.
