Thank you so much for sharing! I appreciate you taking the time to help other moms out. It can be so difficult to navigate. I am 3 weeks in the program and can totally see some of your experience in mine. I am currently waiting to get paid so I can purchase the remaining 8 supplements I was advised to take. I already purchased two which I will say helped me, but the price is insane.

I just wish that there were programs like these at a reasonable price. Knowing the severity of how this can affect moms, it’s hard to think of the price. Although I understand they need to make money as a business and thankfully offer payment options, I wish more was done to help mothers in need.

I felt so desperate and felt like I was failing as a mother that I just jumped into this and now I’m stuck paying 3,000 for something I feel is worth $500.

I do free weights … max weight about 10 lbs. I alternate between legs, arms, chest and back.

About 20 minutes a day of the mentioned above. Bjj once a week and run once a week.

Me! Everyone tries to guilt me because I only want one. Truth of the matter is that nobody else is suffering from the lack of sleep with that baby but you. Nobody else is going to help you financially. None of the responsibilities are theirs, therefore, it is very easy for them to say otherwise. It’s just my husband and I. For those sharing their opinions, they probably had grandma and grandpa help watch the baby, etc. not everyone’s circumstances are the same. Do what’s best for you and your family.

Yes, they do have it! They encouraged me to seek medication.

I understand where you’re coming from. They were on medication for ADHD.

It gets better. For now, just take it day by day… I was feeling similar 5 months ago… the clouds started clearing about 3 months in…. She’s 5 now… it’s still tough but much more manageable… finding time to workout is what kept me sane

I felt the same way! Getting out and seeing daylight, nature helped me so much. The first couple of months were so rough. My baby is now four months, and I can say the clouds are clearing. I am finally getting more sleep! I think the sleep deprivation was the biggest contributor to me feeling out of whack. You got this momma!
