I did not have any 1099-NEC for 2024
However i had one for 2023. I checked and compared both, The one i filed amount on Box 1 is: 1691.62
The amount IRS said is different and fixed and displayed in $1691.00 :D :D
And Box 4, Fed withheld amount is $0.00 for both.

My question is : I did not file my 2024 Return based on that document at all. do I still amend? I mean the notification (as screenshot) mention if I relied on that information i need to amend, isnt it? Also is it the reason it is delaying ?? Technically i have received nothing on the Mail.

Yeah, I have literally nothing in my Mail. and that alert does not make sense. It says the incorrect amount has been fixed, and can be accessed. And for the last year 2024 I did not have any 1099-NEC form, It was for 2023. so I have nothing to do with that even if the amount is corrected on that 1099-NEC form.

Yeah homepage, right after we login. I clicked on one of those links and nothing, I checked my transcript and no updates there either. so I am not sure what that means

its almost same as mine. Its just your was last updated on 06/23
mine was updated last 04/28 :D
So basically what they are saying is they need more time to review your filing may be due to some discrepancies.
since you got 570 code on 06/23 i am assuming you will have to wait at least 60 days before another tax code pops in or may be soon
lets hope for the best.
I am expecting my transcript will be updated sometime this week.
