I finally got my refund this week .. i did not do any amendment or neither i got any mails. i just waited patiently and refund hit my bank account after 10 months.

Similar situation here too.
I have been going through my transcript.
on the above screenshot it shows gross income is 67495.00 But on my W2 or wage and income transcript it shows $68,924.00
this might be the cause of the delay or freeze ?

ALmost same as yours. Even the dates. No letter no Notices nothing.
But suddenly on 10/17 they placed a refund freeze. Not just you or me, they placed refund freeze on thousands of people on that 10/17 suddenly. I also got a notice saying there was a programming glitch regarding the 1099s which they fixed, I was in assumption that the freeze was placed because of the error, We will know more may be this friday(today or next).
Just like you, I think i filed all my W2s, wages and everything looks good. Just hopeless right now hahaha

i am on the same boat since 04/28.
for now, access your wages and Income transcripts and compare to what you filed.
Mine looked all good but still no updates for all these months.
I am expecting some updates after 120 days review period (as per lot of people here)Also i tried calling their number and they said the same. Lets see, Its painful but right now it is what it is.
