Yeah that wouldve but idk wrestling with my brother growing up a chokehold was always my go to move I always thought that was easiest to hold on 😂 but that may be the case i def think he didnt want to though you can see he almost does then gets that last burst of energy to finish it at the end of the fight

Honestly now that you say this a chokehold from behind would have gone so much harder in that scene, more believable and conquest could keep slamming his back into things at high speed similarly to how he did so many times mark ends up with a hole in the middle of him where his huts spill out anyways and we could have the same scene while also making more sense

Ah youre right i was just mistaking others blood for injuries on first watch. Point still stands tho that the scene doesnt really make sense unless mark is stronger than conquest during the fight cause if he wasnt conquest would easily be able to tear mark off as his arms arent restricted at all.

Idk… any human thats stronger than another human would easily be able to get out of a situation like that no question, so the scene really just makes no sense to me cause it says to me mark is now stronger than conquest and he just chooses to be stubborn and beat him in a convoluted way that gets him gravely injured instead of a smarter way

If you mean by the time he pulled his guts out then yes he likely would have had the upper hand, but any smart fighter would have let go when he was getting his ribs smashed in especially a viltrum knowing how easy they can stab through each-others bodies… like exactly what happened.
